When your usage of number of forwarded emails, number of email forwarding accounts or bandwidth is outside the usage of the plan limits detailed below, we may ask you to upgrade to the appropriate plan size:
- Single Domain Plan: 25 email forwarders, up to 500 emails per day
- Starter Plan: 800 email forwarders, up to 2,000 emails per day
- Pro Plan: 3,500 email forwarders, up to 4,000 emails per day
- Business Plan: 7,000 email forwarders, up to 10,000 emails per day
Please note that these are soft limits, and your service will not be immediately deactivated if you exceed them.
Excessive use of catch-all aliases to receive large numbers of emails from the same web site may result in account termination without warning.
