Introduction
To update your MX records with this Domain Name System (DNS) provider, first understand MX records.
Steps
- Log in to cPanel through the domain you want to use with @Emailforward. cPanel is a tool that some domain hosts use to manage DNS settings. For help accessing cPanel, contact your domain host's support team.
- Open MX Entry (In cPanel, scroll down to Email and click MX Entry.)
- First, delete the current MX records that send mail to your old email provider. After that you'll add new MX records for @Emailforward.mx.
- To direct your email to your @Emailforward.mx account, you have to add new MX records to your domain. These are the records that you need to add: mx1.emailforwardmx.com with Priority 10 and mx2.emailforwardmx.com. with Priority 20
- Click save.
